With over 15 years of progressive experience in public accounting, industry financial leadership, and audit assurance, Jasmine Hethcote is a highly accomplished CPA with a proven track record of delivering results across a wide range of industries, including life sciences, real estate and construction, renewable energy, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Verity CPAs, she served as Controller at Pacifico Energy LLC, where she oversaw all aspects of financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, and strategic financial planning.

She also held the position of Assurance Director at Marcum LLP, leading multiple complex engagements for both public and private clients, with a primary focus on the media and manufacturing sectors. Before Marcum, Jasmine spent nearly a decade at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she advanced to Audit and Assurance Senior Manager. During her tenure, she guided clients through successful IPO transactions, advised on SOX implementations, and facilitated firm-wide training sessions on technical accounting, audit quality, and client service delivery.

Jasmine holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. She is a licensed CPA in both California and Hawaii, and previously served as a Board Member and Audit Committee Member for South County Outreach, a nonprofit dedicated to preventing hunger and homelessness in Orange County.
